What WillItStay is

WillItStay is a tool that helps you post successfully on Reddit. It reviews a draft against a subreddit's public rules and common removal patterns, gives a survival estimate, suggests a rewrite, and can monitor a post you have published to report whether it stays up. It is guidance, not a guarantee.

No guarantee of results

Reddit, its moderators, AutoModerator, and its automated systems decide what stays up, and those decisions can change at any time and are outside our control. A "should survive" result does not guarantee your post will stay up, and a "will be removed" result does not guarantee it will be taken down. You are responsible for what you post and for following Reddit's own rules and terms.

Not affiliated with Reddit

WillItStay is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Reddit, Inc. "Reddit" and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe our service.

Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or Reddit.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Pro at $29 USD / month or Agency at $59 USD / month) are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
• By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period, not the current one.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape the service or its outputs at scale.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service.
• Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others, or to generate content that violates Reddit's rules or applicable law.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its content, except for the draft text and materials you submit, which remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process your submissions solely to provide the service to you.

Service "as is" and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MULTTECH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost posts, karma, opportunities, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
