Refund & Cancellation Policy

The subscription

WillItStay paid plans (Pro at $29 USD / month or Agency at $59 USD / month) are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Manage billing) or by emailing us.
• When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. It simply does not renew after that.
• We do not charge any cancellation fee.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a new Pro subscription, email us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.

• The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.
• Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel before a renewal to avoid the next charge.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Email contact@willitstay.com from the address on your account. Include the email you signed up with so we can find your subscription quickly.
