Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MULTTECH LLC ("WillItStay", "we") collects when you use willitstay.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated July 26, 2026.
Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile (name and avatar).
- Content you submit: the post drafts, subreddits, and any Reddit username you enter to be checked, plus the resulting analysis, saved to your account history.
- Tracked posts: if you use post tracking, the public Reddit post URLs you ask us to monitor and the status we observe.
- Billing information: if you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We receive only a customer identifier and subscription status, never your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) used to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service: run your checks, generate rewrites, track your posts, and show your history.
- To manage your account and subscription, including billing through Stripe.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
- To contact you about your account, billing, or important service notices.
Public Reddit data
To check accounts, shadowban status, subreddit rules, and whether a tracked post is still live, we query information that Reddit already makes publicly available to logged-out visitors. We do this to deliver the feature you requested. WillItStay is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.
Service providers we share with
We share the minimum data needed with the providers that power the service:
- Supabase: authentication and our database (account, history, tracked posts).
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing.
- Anthropic: the AI rewrite and rule classification. Your draft text is sent to generate a rewrite or read a subreddit's rules; it is not used to train their models.
- Our own hosting and email providers, to run the site and send account or alert emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your account data and history while your account is active. You can delete individual checks or tracked posts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email contact@willitstay.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely. We do not use advertising cookies.
